The objective of this blog is for me to keep looking for new latest state of the art presentation and communications technologies to share with those who read my blog. I recently came across this very cool presentation lectern which was designed by a fellow countryman of mine Henk de Groot. Here is a link to it: http://intelligentlecterns.com/
It clearly is the best presentation tool out there in the high tech world. As the site says it has a very intuitive software built into it called sho-Q. Simply it states:
sho-Q software takes PowerPoint presentations to a higher level. It is specifically designed for lecterns featuring touch screens. Sho-Q supports presenters with intuitive slide navigation, easy transitions between multiple presentations and straightforward planning. No training is necessary. The program offers agenda planning and seamless switching between sessions or presenters. It only takes 4 seconds to go from any slide in one presentation, to a slide in another presentation. The audience only sees a seamless transition.

Can you look into http://www.summitlectern.com/educator.html and see if this is a good multimedia lectern? I'm not very well versed with multimedia lecterns and I am trying to find out how this one compares.
ReplyDeleteHi Jan, sorry about the previous comment. It is the same lectern with a different name. ILS has it available for the European market while Summit Lectern makes it available in the U.S.
