Audio Visual Intergration and Information Technology Installation Project Management is the professional love of my life. Visioning large projects for organizations is a huge passion and assett of mine. Daily operations is fine and well with pushing buttons moving faders and switching buttons on switchers for live events but there is nothing more rewarding than starting and completing an installation project, IT networking project or even better introducing a digital sound board for a public venue. These days technology moves with rapid speed and therefore when I work with organizations where the leadership appreciates and understands what it takes to complete such fantastic technology it is all the more rewarding. I am working with such a church right now. This church is a dream place for projects like this and I am privileged to be part of this place. The staff and leadership there is simply great and very professional as it should be. No need to micromanage employees as they all feel empowered to do great things each and everyday. Yes!!!
